These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Emory Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By opting into our SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to:
Notifications
Marketing offers (if consented)
Account authentication (2FA)
Service updates and support communications
Message frequency may vary.
Standard message & data rates may apply.

You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages. Consent may be collected via:
Website forms
Written agreements
Verbal confirmation
We do not guarantee message delivery due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, device limitations).

CRM and automation tools
Business communication systems (SMS, calling)
Marketing and advertising services
We offer the following subscription plans:
Standard Plan $497/month: Fully built website, Access to Emory Systems platform (web & mobile), Business phone number (texting & calling), CRM system, Automations and workflows, Customer review tools
Growth Plan $750/month: Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus full management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Optional 3-month prepaid plans may be offered
All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
In addition to subscription fees, usage-based charges may apply for certain services. Phone number fees include $1.15 per month for local numbers and $2.15 per month for toll-free numbers. SMS messaging within the United States and Canada is billed at $0.0079 per segment. MMS messaging is billed at $0.02 per outbound message and between $0.01 and $0.02 per inbound message. Voice calls are billed at $0.0180 per minute for outbound calls and between $0.0085 and $0.0220 per minute for inbound calls. Number intelligence services are billed between $0.005 and $0.01 per request.
Clients are required to maintain a wallet balance to cover usage-based charges. When the wallet balance falls below a defined threshold, automatic top-ups will be processed based on the client’s selected settings.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe and are charged in advance of the service period.
All payments made to Emory Systems LLC are final and non-refundable, including both subscription fees and usage-based charges. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that services are custom-built and initiated immediately, making them non-reversible once work has begun.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. In the event a chargeback is filed, Emory Systems LLC reserves the right to dispute the claim with supporting evidence, including proof of service delivery and agreement acceptance. You may be held liable for any recovery costs, legal fees, and associated damages resulting from a chargeback.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period, including prepaid terms.
Services are considered fulfilled once the client’s website has been completed and delivered, and the platform setup, including automations, has been configured. Onboarding assistance or login support is provided as a courtesy and does not impact the determination of service fulfillment.
From time to time, Emory Systems LLC may offer free trials or promotional pricing. During trial periods, limited setup may be performed for evaluation purposes. Full service delivery begins only once billing has commenced. Promotions or discounts do not modify or override these Terms of Service.
If a payment attempt fails, Emory Systems LLC will retry billing up to four times over a three-week period. Services may be suspended within 48 hours of the initial failed payment attempt. Access to services will be restored once the outstanding balance has been successfully paid.
You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the services to send or distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading communications. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information at all times.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the services, including but not limited to telecommunications laws, privacy laws, and anti-spam regulations such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Emory Systems LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
