Is automated review collection allowed by Google?

Yes as long as you're not incentivizing reviews (paying for them or offering discounts) and not selectively filtering who you ask. Our system asks all customers, routes happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to private feedback. This is fully within Google's review policies.

Will customers find the reviews requests annoying?

If done wrong, yes. We send no more than 4 follow-ups spaced appropriately over a few weeks, and the messaging is personal, not robotic. Most customers appreciate the nudge they meant to leave a review anyway. Our clients rarely get complaints about the requests.

What happens if a customer leaves a bad review?

You'll be notified immediately so you can respond. Our review funnel gives unhappy customers a private feedback path first meaning many issues get resolved before they post publicly. But we can't stop every bad review, and we won't claim otherwise. What we can do is make sure your positive reviews significantly outnumber the negatives.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see their first new reviews within 2–3 weeks of launch. The volume depends on how many customers you serve a business completing 20 jobs a week will accumulate reviews much faster than one doing 5. Most clients double their review count within the first 30–60 days.

Does this work on platforms other than Google?
